CONTRIBUTED (ORAL) PRESENTATIONS & LECTURES
See above table for allocated presentation type. Speakers and Presenters are kindly requested to observe the time allotted to their presentations, to ensure the smooth running of the Congress program.
Presenters are requested to be present at the session hall at least fifteen (15) minutes before the scheduled opening time, to meet the chairs and converse on the session flow.
Presentations should be delivered to the Speaker Preview Room (operating throughout Congress dates at designated area in level 0) and uploaded to the platform at least two (2) hours ahead of the session’s beginning; the Organizing Secretariat strongly recommends that presentations are handed in the day before the session, to ensure there is sufficient time to check and make any adjustments to your files.
Presenters may not use their own computers, for compatibility reasons, and also to avoid delays in the program flow. Available audiovisual equipment: PC, data video projector, laser pointer, microphone. Presentations should be compatible with Microsoft Windows (PowerPoint or pdf format).
POSTER PRESENTATIONS
Posters will be displayed in tracks, being mounted and dismounted in the respective date as advised above, as well as in the Congress Program.
Mounting time (on your presentation date): 08:00-08:45
Dismounting time (on your presentation date): 20:00-20:30
Mounting and Dismounting schedule is to be strictly observed.
Posters printing specifications: Portrait, maximum 84 cm (horizontal) and 120 cm (vertical).
The Organizing Secretariat will operate a Poster Helpdesk in the Poster Area during Congress dates, to assist presenters with reference to poster placement. The Organizing Secretariat will bear no responsibility for posters not mounted / dismounted according to the aforementioned schedule; any posters not removed as instructed will be discarded without further notice.
During the designated poster session time, poster presenters are requested to be present in front of their posters, to discuss their presentations with the session chairs and attending delegates.
